Get fit with GCN! Increase your fitness and your climbing ability with this short indoor training session for turbo trainer or static bike. Designed to replicate a good session climbing big hills, this session is a great workout for the legs, core and of course to improve cardiovascular fitness. If you’re not sweating buckets at the end, you’re not doing it right!

  2. I usually like the gcn videos, but I feel like this one was a miss. The number of times he tells you to up the resistance doesn’t correspond well with the RPE. Good thing there are plenty of others to watch.

  3. I am just over a year working out using Paul’s workout thank you so much had trouble with motivation, depression and loosing weight after baby I am back to my old self in a year from 93kg to 60kg 175 tall!
    Paul you gave me light and brought me from darkest days!!!! I will always remember you as my mentor and do your workouts 5 days a week for as long as they on !!!

  4. Did this an I'm dying; and I'm a regular cyclist. 850 calories in 35m is intense. I wish I knew about these earlier. Great instructor

  5. How bout over a hundred cadence for 58 minutes, in the wind and small hills also 5 corners. In a 84 inch gear 25 miles.
