Chocolate Mold Today I’m sharing a dessert recipe for a Melting Chocolate Ball. After seeing so many videos floating around on Facebook I was inspired to make my own!

Melted Chocolate
Caramel Sauce
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Cream
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and heat over medium hight heat for 7-10 minutes until thickened.

What was the point of cutting it up with a knife?
Not Cutting chocolate in straight line hurt my OCD
Can someone help me. I tried this three times and it won’t work for me. I am for sure messing up the tempering chocolate part.
-Do you use a glass bowl or plastic? Or doesn’t matter?
-I feel like my chocolate temperature is jumping all over the place one moment it’s 100 then 105 and closer to the bowl it’s very hot vs not near the bowl. Same thing for when I am adding chocolate back into it.

I don't melt the bottom, I keep it whole, and also I have separated the middle and recovered it and another method is not connecting the molds and leaving then separate and let extra chocolate drip out then combine later

and two or three egg whites,
a half a stick of butter, melted.
Stick it all in a bowl baby,
stir it with a wooden spoon,
mix in a cup of flour.

and a half a cup of brandy

Whats with all the comments about the chocolate? When you melt chocolate you want to chop it roughly into small pieces so it melts quicker and more evenly, breaking it apart with your hands is just longer all around. It's harder to cut one of the cube of chocolates in half as your knife always wants to go down to the edges, whereas diagonal cuts cut straight through the chocolate without a problem.
